1. No Affiliation with Roblox Fluxus Executor is an independent, third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation, Roblox LLC, or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, or partners.
2. Use at Your Own Risk Downloading, installing, or using Fluxus Executor is done entirely at your own risk. The tool modifies the Roblox client behavior and executes external code, which may:
- Violate Roblox Terms of Service
- Trigger anti-cheat systems (Byfron/Hyperion)
- Result in temporary or permanent account suspension/ban
- Cause game instability, crashes, or data loss
We do not guarantee Undetectability (UD), safety from bans, or compatibility after Roblox updates.
3. No Warranty Fluxus Executor is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
4. No Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluxus Executor team, developers, contributors, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

- Account bans or restrictions
- Loss of data, progress, Robux, or in-game items
- Malware or security issues (even if allegedly from our files)
- Third-party advertisements or key system links
5. Scripts & Third-Party Content We do not create, review, or endorse any Lua scripts executed via Fluxus. Scripts from external sources may contain malicious code. Always verify script sources yourself.
6. Antivirus / False Positives Many antivirus programs flag executor files as potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) or trojans due to their nature. This is usually a false positive. Disable antivirus temporarily during download/install if needed — but only from the official site.
7. Key System & Ads The free key system uses third-party advertising networks. We do not control ad content and are not responsible for pop-ups, redirects, or malicious ads served by those networks.
8. Legality Using script executors may violate game platform rules and, in some jurisdictions, local laws regarding software modification or circumvention of technical protection measures. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws.
